ICED MANGO BLACK is our summertime crowd pleaser. It starts with a base of organic, single-estate black tea, and is then blended with a hint of natural mango essence in-house by our production team. Sourced for smoothness of body and a balanced, even flavor profile, the bud-rich black tea base is an ideal foundation of sweetness and roasty depth. Our partner farm in Guangxi, China is surrounded by acres of orange groves that influence the soil and lend the teas a subtle citrus element—a perfect base for the juicy, ripe mango overtones that permeate thismasterful tea blend.

Tropical and hugely refreshing, this iced selection is our most in-demand summer blend. The whole leaf tea is hand-plucked and skillfully processed to maintain intact leaves that extract more evenly than commodity teas used for similar blends, resulting in a richer "iced tea" flavor that balances the concentrated sweetness of mango. The distilled essence of dried mango makes for an enticing aroma of tropical fruit pulp and a glowing golden liquor that mixes seamlessly with cream or fruit juice for elevated signature beverage service.

We pack the tea into oversized, unbleached cellulose sachets that provide optimal breathing room for the tea to extract evenly. These sachets are also ideally portioned for pitcher-size servings (32 oz / 950 ml), making their preparation exceedingly simple. Drop a pouch into a jug for overnight cold brew (our preferred method), or brew hot for added complexity before chilling.The tea produces a vibrant brew worthy of display behind coffeeshop counters or in translucent refrigerator pitchers. Serve it chilled with a slice of tart lemon and black tea ice cubes for the ideal hot weather refreshment.
